We have been busy trying to fill the needs of our parishioners by answering phones four mornings a week, providing rides to Mass and doctor appointments, preparing food for funerals and Inn Vision. 

We also provide handyman and yard work, home visits, and hospital visits, sending condolence cards and to the sick, as well as coordinate with St. Vincent de Paul Society.

We want to thank all of our volunteers who have helped Community Ministry assist members of St. John Vianney Parish who are in need.  If you feel "called" or are seeking a way to help in this ministry, please call us.  We can always use more volunteers.  

By your Baptism you have been anointed as "priest, prophet and (servant) king" (cf. 1 Peter 2:4-10).  The Holy Spirit blesses us with many gifts-talents that we are called to share with others.  We invite you to reflect in prayer upon your gifts-talents and consider joining us in this ministry to our parish community.
